PEG Bandwidth is a Dallas, TX-based provider of fiber-based, customized cell site backhaul solutions for wireless carriers. It also operates offices in St. Louis and Philadelphia. Its core offering is the deployment and operation of fiber backhaul networks tailored to wireless carriers' cell sites. The company closed a $15m equity financing to continue aggressive expansion of its backhaul network deployment. The transaction was consummated through a merger into Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, which will do business as PEG Bandwidth. Concurrent with the financing the company announced the appointment of telecom industry veteran Richard Ruben as Chief Executive Officer.
