PepTalk builds team collaboration software inspired by behavioural science, with features including personal development tracking, manager team talks, real-time analytics and gamified experiences. The product emphasises 'team talks' as a core part of its founding DNA. The company says the recent investment will support its US expansion after opening new offices in New York, with CEO James Brogan set to lead US operations. PepTalk currently employs 23 full-time staff and plans to hire 12 more across sales, marketing and technology over the next year. Its client roster includes Verizon, PayPal, Elavon and Allied Irish Banks, which reported improved colleague connection after adopting the product. Co‑founders are cousins James and Bernard Brogan; Bernard previously served as president of the federation of Irish sport from 2014–2018. PepTalk is a Dublin-based team culture platform built to improve employee wellbeing and engagement in hybrid work environments. Founded in 2017 by Michelle Fogarty, James Brogan and Bernard Brogan, the platform embeds positive behaviours and habits into corporate culture around the philosophy “Managing people is much more than managing KPIs.” The product uses shared experiences, real conversations and real-time team sentiment analysis to nudge social behaviours and build trust and connection. Over the past 12 months PepTalk has doubled turnover and grown to more than 10,000 users across four continents. Its customer base includes Linesight, PRL Group and Northern Trust. The company plans to use the new capital to hire 15 staff to support EMEA and UK expansion.
