PerceptIn is a full-stack visual intelligence company based in Shenzhen, China and Santa Clara, California. It develops Ironsides, a robotics vision system that combines hardware and software for real-time tracking, mapping, and path planning. Ironsides is a multi-sensor, vision-based perception system that does not rely on LiDAR and features a stereo camera, an inertial measurement unit, and a multi-core ARM SoC with full ROS support. PerceptIn's visual intelligence solutions can be integrated into consumer robots, enterprise robots, autonomous vehicles, drones, AR/VR products and more. The company serves more than 100 customers, including Huawei, and has announced the availability of Ironsides. PerceptIn raised $11M in Series A and angel funding under co-founder and CEO Zhe Zhang.
