Perfect Price provides an AI-driven, SaaS-based pricing and revenue management platform that automatically optimizes product prices in real time based on demand, availability, and market conditions. The platform uses machine learning and big data analysis to anticipate what consumers are willing to pay for specific goods and services and adjusts prices accordingly to maximize revenue performance. Previously in beta, the system accounts for a wide variety of marketplace conditions and consumer behaviors that affect supply and demand. Led by co-founder and CEO Alex Sharsis, Perfect Price intends to use its newly raised seed funding to open a new Oakland, California headquarters and scale engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams. The company raised $5.8 million in seed financing from a group of individual investors. Named investors included Steven Tamm, Erik Eccles, Dustin Robertson and others.
