Perminova develops and delivers web-based cardiovascular procedure software and cloud-computing solutions to cardiovascular institutes and healthcare systems. Its first product, Perminova EP, manages scheduling, workflow, surgical data and billing for cardiac electrophysiological procedures. Perminova EP is already deployed at UC San Diego Health System and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. The company is led by President & CEO Craig K. Collins and Chairman Rory Moore. Perminova recently secured $7m in venture capital, structured as a $3m Series A private placement and a $4m equity credit facility accessible as needed. The company intends to use the funds for working capital, product development, and sales and marketing.
