Pest Share says it services 48 states, supports roughly 300,000 residential units on its platform, and partners with more than 700 property management companies, including Re/Max, Roofstock, and ARK Homes For Rent. The company was founded in 2020 by CEO Landon Cooley (a fourth-generation pest professional) with co-founders Justin Clements (COO) and Tom Clements (CRO). Pest Share recently raised a $28 million Series A to accelerate expansion across single-family and multifamily rental markets, advance product innovation, and deepen integrations with property management platforms. The product focus and go-to-market emphasize reducing operational friction for property managers while improving resident experience and unlocking new revenue streams for customers.
