Overview

PhableCare is an app-based, full-stack chronic disease management platform that connects patients, doctors, pharmacists, device makers, hospitals, e-pharmacies and insurers. Its solution delivers remote consultations, decision-support for doctors, patient engagement, IoT device integration and data-driven disease management. The platform already serves 3M+ patients, 10k+ doctors and 1k+ pharmacists, making it a market leader in India’s chronic-care segment. The company plans to expand to 30M+ Indian households and 100,000+ super-specialist doctors and aims to capture 25% of the market over the next two years. PhableCare will use recent funding to strengthen its full-stack, value-driven chronic-care ecosystem, accelerate customer acquisition and brand building, build new revenue streams, and pursue strategic acquisitions. It has also allocated capital and arranged additional venture-debt to invest in other health-tech startups to expand capacity and capabilities. PhableCare operates a technology platform that creates an ecosystem of patients, doctors, hospitals, health devices, insurance and patient-care service providers to manage chronic diseases. The company provides online doctor consultations and a mobile app that lets patients order medicines, connect health IoT devices (Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin) and manually or visually upload test results via computer vision. Its platform claims a network of 5,000+ doctors, more than 20,000 booked online consultations, and tracking of over 30 million patients' vitals. The founders say the company aims to reach 5 million patients and 35,000 doctors by the end of the year. PhableCare was founded in 2017 and is led by founders Mukesh Bansal, Sumit Sinha and Prasanth Reddy. To date the startup has raised over $13 million in funding.
