The system is designed to ensure NHS Trusts are reimbursed accurately and to bridge the gap between clinicians and hospital operations, boosting visibility for hospital leaders. As a result, managers can allocate resources across healthcare systems more efficiently and gain a more accurate understanding of patient treatment to drive better standards of care. Phare plans to expand its team and recruit AI and healthcare expertise in key markets using funds from the round. The company’s leadership includes co-CEOs Dr Martin Seneviratne and Lee Kupferman (both formerly at DeepMind Health and Google Health) and CTO Tymor Hamamsy (with AI work at Stanford and NYU).
