PharmCADD develops an AI- and physics-based drug discovery platform called Pharmulator™, which integrates protein 3D structure prediction, molecular dynamics, quantum calculation, toxicity prediction and AI drug generation. The platform is used to generate novel synthetic small molecules and to support work in PROTACs, mRNA vaccines and drug delivery systems. PharmCADD reports a co-developed mRNA COVID-19 vaccine with Eyegene that demonstrated neutral antibody titers similar to the Moderna vaccine. The company employs about 50 people, including 34 R&D staff and 17 Ph.D.s. The Series B proceeds will be used to advance Pharmulator™, expand R&D headcount, and fund preclinical studies of internal pipelines. PharmCADD also plans to expand internationally by launching U.S. and India branches.
