Phasio is a Singapore-based startup founded in 2021 by Harry Conor Lucas and Sudharshan Raman that automates customer-relationship workflows for small- and medium-sized local manufacturers. The platform channels WhatsApp, SMS and email into a manufacturing interface and uses an AI chatbot, ManufacturingGPT, to gather requirements, open design requests, advise on fabrication technology, and produce instant quotes via an automated pricing system. It integrates with CAD tools (Fusion360, CREO), accounting software (Zero and QuickBooks) and shipping providers (Australia Post, UPS, FedEx), and offers a digital storefront plus 3D comment-based design collaboration. Phasio says it is used by over 50 local manufacturers across Singapore, Australia, Germany, India, the United Kingdom, Greece and the Netherlands and claims engineers can increase active projects from two to ten without degrading customer communication. The company positions itself against additive-manufacturing workflow tools and legacy/newer ERPs but differentiates through embedded design collaboration and real-time communication. Phasio has raised $2.5 million in seed funding and plans to use the proceeds to execute its go-to-market strategy and build community content for manufacturers.
