The company’s ecosystem includes the online women’s health brand Hello Eve, and Phlo acquired the assets of former competitor TruePill UK. Phlo operates in Glasgow, London, Birmingham and Manchester and has over 80,000 patients registered on its platform, having delivered almost half a million medicines across the UK. The company intends to use the new funding to scale its digital healthcare business. Phlo operates a UK digital pharmacy that provides same-day NHS and private prescription delivery, currently serving Birmingham and London and launching in Manchester in 2023. The company also offers Phlo Connect, a digital pharmacy infrastructure platform for healthtech companies and private providers. Since its 2020 platform launch, Phlo has delivered over 110,000 orders and reports user numbers more than doubling year-on-year. Existing partners include Babylon, Leva Clinic, SkinDoc, Syrona Health, and The Dermatology Partnership. Led by CEO Nadeem Sarwar, the company plans to expand the reach of Phlo Digital Pharmacy and scale Phlo Connect.
