Pho is a UK-based independent restaurant group that specializes in Vietnamese street food, particularly pho. Founded and run by Stephen and Juliette Wall, the group serves traditional Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers and fresh juices in an informal environment. It currently operates seven sites across London and the South East: Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia, Soho, Westfield Shepherds Bush, Westfield Stratford, Brighton and Spitalfields (Spitalfields opened July 2012). The company received a £5.2m investment from ISIS Equity Partners and intends to use the funding to continue to grow and develop the business. Following the investment, the founders will remain in charge and Benoit Broch of ISIS will join the board.
