Founded in 2020 in Étrelles, Phoner (through its Phoner Business unit) manages corporate fleets of IT and mobile equipment via an integrated, circular-economy model. The company buys, leases, maintains, repairs, re-values and recycles devices, operating as an MVNO on the Orange network while supplying both new and refurbished hardware. Phoner Business supports more than 150 corporate clients and processes roughly 10,000 devices per year. A recent €300,000 investment is funding a new in-house production line dedicated to refurbishing professional PCs, complementing its existing phone and tablet refurbishment capabilities and cutting the carbon footprint of each PC by over 200 kg while offering 50 % cost savings versus new models. All diagnostics, refurbishment, configuration and testing are performed internally by its 20-person team, allowing tight quality and cost control. The company posted €3.5 million in revenue in 2025, underscoring rapid, profitable growth fueled by demand for lower-cost, lower-carbon IT solutions.
