Its platform aims to reduce support and onboarding costs by taking that often‑tedious process from hours to minutes. Led by CEO and founder Steve Lazaridis, Phonism is a Tampa Bay Wave technology startup based in Tampa Bay, Fla. The company raised $350k in funding from a group formed by Tampa attorney Rich McIntyre that includes Dave Henderson, Suren Ajjarapu and Greg Ross‑Munroe of Sourcetoad Ventures. Phonism intends to use the funds to expand operations.
