Physitrack provides a home rehabilitation platform accessed via smartphone, tablet or computer that features a high-definition video library of over 600 exercises. Healthcare providers — including physiotherapists, chiropractors and occupational health professionals — use the platform to build tailored home exercise programs intended to improve patient adherence and clinical outcomes. The platform is available in Australia, the Netherlands and in the United States via telemedicine provider VSPN; in the U.S. more than 100 clinics are using Physitrack, including the Osteoarthritic Centers of America. The company was founded by Nathan Skwortsow, who previously founded Kamernet.nl and Lexa.nl. Physitrack plans geographic expansion into Asia-Pacific, the UK and the United States and to broaden global availability of its rehabilitation platform. The recent funding strengthens the company’s financial base to support those expansion plans.
