Pickingo operates a hyperlocal logistics platform that transports items between merchants and customers and handles returns (“reverse pickups”) for e-commerce firms. The company serves six cities: New Delhi, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad, and is headquartered in Gurgaon. It has signed up over 300 local merchants in New Delhi and counts larger clients such as Grofers and Chaayos. Operational metrics reported include about 700 orders per day in New Delhi and roughly 3,000 reverse pickups across all six cities. Co-founder and CEO Rahul Gill says Pickingo will focus on refining its tech and analytics to better allocate delivery staff and vehicles and plans to expand into additional cities. The company recently raised funding to support those product and expansion plans.
