PickMe E-Solutions operates a doorstep pickup, authorised-centre repair and delivery service for handheld electronics, accepting phones, cameras, laptops, wearables and more. Founded in 2012 and based in Mumbai, the company partners with major brands and has tied up with five brands including Oppo, OnePlus and LeEco. It is expanding from coordinating repairs to building its own branded repair centres for manufacturers that lack a presence in India. Management plans to open about 10 repair centres in 10 major cities within three months and to expand its concierge service beyond the roughly 50 cities it currently serves. The company reports about 12,000 subscriptions monthly and expects to close the year at Rs 15 crore in revenue, mostly from subscriptions; it is rolling out an app in the next two months. PickMe has about 120 employees and is building its technology team to support the planned product and geographic expansion.
