Founders Namandeep Bhatia and Archana Elapavuluri launched the company to serve as a "financial assistant in your pocket." The startup plans to use new funding for marketing, building technology, and creating awareness about the importance of investing early and in a structured way. Pickright reported having 30K users on the platform and said users are doubling month-on-month. It is a 100x.VC portfolio company and is working with discount brokers and other partners to scale. PickRight is a financial-advisory marketplace that aggregates SEBI-registered advisors and other investment platforms, matching users to appropriate instruments through a personalized, continuously learning platform and generating advisor scorecards. The company launched its first product in March 2020 and was founded in 2019 by Archana Elapavuluri and Namandeep Bhatia, with Siddharth Panjwani joining as co-founder. PickRight positions itself as an aggregator for RIAs and aims to simplify one-click trades and intuitive access for Gen Y and Gen Z investors. Its technology team is based in Bengaluru while strategy and sales teams operate out of Mumbai. Following the recent financing, PickRight plans to accelerate product development, marketing, and brand positioning to expand adoption.
