Picxy operates a stock photo marketplace founded in 2018 by Jitendra Emmani, Vamsi Krishna and Satish Madala in Hyderabad, with teams in Bengaluru and Delhi. The platform hosts over 500,000 images contributed by more than 5,000 photographers and serves 200+ clients across media, marketing and ad agencies, freelancers, designers and small businesses. Picxy sells subscriptions and aims to reach 300 subscriptions by the end of the year and 500 clients in the near term. The company plans to scale its content base toward a target of five million images and will launch stock videos in February to meet domestic and global demand. Picxy says participation in Techstars Bengaluru is accelerating mentorship, investor connects and venture readiness as it scales.
