Pimentae produces premium tequila cocktails and was launched in 2021 by Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo. The brand is stocked nationally in Selfridges and its bottles were designed with London artist Kit Lintin to encourage upcycling as part of a 100% sustainable commitment. The company plans to invest in major sales and marketing hires and accelerate growth across the UK and EU. Pimentae is also prioritising new product development and will charge marketing across digital, trade, activations and events. It intends to drive community growth through collaborations, partnerships and events. The recent pre-seed funding will support these expansion and marketing plans.
