Pimlico provides tooling for developers to embed ERC-4337 smart accounts and account‑abstraction functionality—enabling features such as email recovery, social logins, and gas-fee sponsorship. Founder Kristof Gazso co‑authored ERC-4337 with Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin and others, and launched Pimlico to remove the relaying and sponsoring friction that developers otherwise must build. The company positions its stack as analogous to Stripe for payments, aiming to accelerate mass adoption of self-custodial wallets and more usable dApps.
