Pinnacle Realty Advisors is a cloud-based brokerage serving the residential real estate market, led by CEO Sam Sawyer. The company provides tools and full-service agent support under a subscription model that lets agents retain earned commissions. Pinnacle is currently licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas, with Florida and North Carolina launching soon, and operates fully remote from its Dallas headquarters. The firm acquired Bay Area technology company Realthy.io and onboarded its entire team to build PinnacleHQ, the company’s proprietary software platform. Realthy.io had surpassed more than 4,000 registered users in its first six months and serviced agents from over 40 states. Pinnacle plans to use the new funding to introduce BaaS to market and modernize the real estate brokerage model.
