PinpointCare offers a secure, web-based Platform-as-a-Service engineered for speed and simplicity to support bundled payments and care coordination across acute and post-acute networks. The physician-led platform provides configurable Care Plans and real-time communication tools designed to replace costly call centers and reduce infrastructure needs. Initially developed in 2014 for orthopedic (hip and knee) bundled services, the solution was deployed by the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute and cited by CMS as one of the most successful examples of its Bundled Payment for Care Improvement pilot. The platform is in active use by 66 customers and is positioned to scale into Oncology, Cardiology and chronic care plans as value-based care adoption accelerates.
