Pinsight provides a cloud-based technology that ‘‘test drives’’ and predicts a leader’s ability to execute a client’s specific strategies using realistic online workplace simulations. Its assessments incorporate live web-cam role plays with certified assessors and automatically generate practical leadership assessment reports tied to clients’ strategies. The platform combines big data, proprietary algorithms and assessor ratings to identify the potential of managers, directors and executives. Online assessments can be scheduled globally in more than 10 languages and are accessed via PCs. Pinsight is managed virtually, has more than 50 employees and independent contractors, and is represented in more than 10 countries. The company is led by founder and CEO Martin Lanik, an industrial/organizational psychologist with a PhD from Colorado State University.
