Pistil Data provides a market intelligence platform that analyzes and organizes billions of data points daily to surface customized sales opportunities and reorder prospects for cannabis brands. The platform launched nine months ago and was built by co-founders Jeffrey Graham and Taylor Jones. Since launch it has signed nearly 100 cannabis companies in California and Colorado and counts clients such as Connected, Curaleaf, Herbl and Raw Garden. More than 600 sales representatives use the service each week. Pistil aims to help cannabis brands of all sizes find new retail and reorder opportunities and to address industry data fragmentation. The company plans to expand nationwide and to launch new market intelligence products for brands and retailers.
