Pivot offers a digital platform that automates daily administrative tasks for restaurant operators, including payroll, scheduling and regulatory compliance. The platform is already used by more than 500 restaurants in Quebec, including franchised locations of Rôtisseries St-Hubert, Les 3 Brasseurs and Zibo. Pivot aims to reduce the administrative burden on franchisees and help franchise networks maintain compliance and consistent operations. With the new financing, the company plans to accelerate deployment across Quebec, target about 1,500 restaurant customers within a year, and then expand into the rest of Canada and potentially the U.S. The company is based in Montreal.
