LoveCycles is a women's health tracker app developed by Plackal Techno Systems Pvt Ltd that allows users to record monthly cycles and physiological symptoms to manage reproductive health. The app claims more than 1.2 million monthly active users and over 6 million downloads across 190 countries, with notable traction in the United States, Brazil, Italy, Mexico, South Korea and Russia. It supports 13 languages, is integrated with Google Now, and was launched in India on International Women's Day with Hindi language support. The startup plans to add support for more regional Indian languages in the coming months and to expand its services beyond menstrual health to overall women's healthcare. Plackal Tech was founded by John Paul, an IIM-Bangalore alumnus, in 2012. The company raised Rs 5 crore (around $742,060) from Prime Venture Partners to fund these expansion plans.
