PLAN4 develops GebäudeCheck, a digital evaluation tool that calculates renovation needs, renovation costs and associated CO2 savings for existing buildings. The tool delivers results about 50% faster than conventional methods and accounts for regional differences. PLAN4 reported a fivefold increase in sales last year versus the prior year and currently serves 60 cities and municipalities. The company positions its product as a way to accelerate building renovations and help meet Germany’s climate targets by addressing the renovation backlog. With rising demand—especially from public building owners—PLAN4 plans to expand capacities to meet sustained growth.
