Plotify operates a full-stack, end-to-end asset management platform that enables accredited investors to buy wholly owned single-family rental (SFR) properties with integrated point-of-purchase financing. The platform compresses SFR transactions from months to minutes and includes pre-leased tenants, property management, insurance, tax and accounting integrations. Plotify uses proprietary data-driven algorithms for location and asset selection and risk scoring, and recently launched Plotify Insights to help members decode the U.S. housing market. With the new capital the company will roll the platform out to a larger pool of accredited investors on its waitlist and increase its inventory of properties in the U.S. and U.K. The startup says it is in growth mode and is rapidly onboarding new users globally while securitizing assets to reduce transaction friction.
