Plumwise is a Chicago, IL–based online recommendation and review website that operates a selective membership community for sharing recommendations of neighborhood service providers. Co-founded in 2013 by Alex Buck and Meagan Newman, membership is free and currently includes a premiere concierge service. Businesses become listed service providers after receiving a member recommendation and undergoing vetting by curators.
