2261 Market Street #4419, San Francisco, CA, 94114, United States
Overview
Pocus builds a no-code platform that ingests raw product data and presents it in personalized dashboards to help non-technical teams see how customers use a product. Founded in April 2021 by CEO Alexa Grabell and CTO Isaac Pohl-Zaretsky, the company targets businesses using product-led growth. Pocus is currently in a trial phase, has 13 employees, and serves dozens of software startups, with hundreds of companies on its waitlist. The company charges customers between $500 and $10,000 per month depending on the number of users or data piped into Pocus, but declined to disclose total revenue. With the new funding, Pocus plans to continue building its product and hire on product and engineering teams to expand use beyond sales to marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering. The co-founders are Forbes 30 Under 30 alums and Pocus appeared on Forbes’ Cloud 100 Rising Stars list last year.
