Polaris develops and manufactures high‑quality omega‑3 oils rich in EPA and DHA, historically from fish and, since 2017, from protected microalgae strains. Its products are 100% vegan (for the algae range), highly purified, GMO‑free, allergen‑free, and designed for strong organoleptic profiles, with concentrations up to 800 mg/g. Polaris serves demanding markets including nutraceuticals, infant nutrition, functional and clinical foods, sports nutrition and supplements for pregnancy. The company sells in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia and currently operates in Japan, South Korea and recently the United States. Polaris employs a team of about 50 people and reports it has reached the €20 million revenue mark after sustained growth over the past five years. The firm controls its full manufacturing chain and protects its algae‑derived solutions with intellectual property. It plans to continue international expansion, strengthen its position in specialized nutrition segments, and expand its sustainable production unit in Brittany, France.
