The system automates material characterization, slashing manual analysis time and enabling 3D reconstructions from 2D images while detecting complex microstructural features. On top of this, a generative design layer explores process–structure–property relationships so engineers can identify optimal material configurations and the processing conditions required to produce them across metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites. The platform targets customers in automotive, energy, and other industrial sectors that need faster R&D cycles and better material performance. With fresh funding, the company plans to grow its engineering team and accelerate deployment of its generative design tools.
