The platform offers guided selling and gamified experiences intended to boost engagement, conversion rates and average order value. Poltio reported category-specific improvements such as a 108% increase in conversions for personal care/cosmetics and a 51% increase in the technology category, and an average basket value uplift of 21%. By 2025 its infrastructure was active in 23 countries and 12 languages, with more than 27 million questions answered, over 6.5 million sessions, and interactions with more than 5.5 million unique users. CEO Ahmet Tosun said the company has established a strong leadership position in guided selling, notably in the white goods vertical with global brands.
