Popwork is a Paris-based HR tech startup led by CEO Quentin Demeestère. It offers SaaS solutions to support managers and their teams with digital tools for 1:1 meetings, feedback and OKRs. The system provides real-time dashboards with insights on employee mood, workload and management practices to help build a positive and efficient management culture. Popwork launched its solution two years ago and has been deployed in close to 200 companies, including L’Express, Leroy Merlin, Bleu Libellule and TotalEnergies, as well as fast-growing companies such as Welcome to the Jungle, PrestaShop, Foodles, Balzac Paris and Bodyguard. The company intends to use the €1.5M seed funding to strengthen its team and invest in product development.
