Postilla offers cafes and restaurants a mobile application, a CRM system and a delivery site available by subscription. The subscription price is 10,000 rubles (as of February 2024) and includes the full application infrastructure to deliver, customize menus, accept in‑app payments and process orders. The company says its service can increase catering establishments' profits by up to 30% and reduce staff burden. The startup was founded by Alexander Dolgov, who is founder/owner of CheburekMi, Senior Dener and Laser Love, and a co‑owner of the Yellow Door coffee chain and 20x80 holding. Postilla raised 20 million rubles in February 2024 from business angels and was valued at 200 million rubles. The company plans to use the funds to develop and scale the platform and to connect more than 3,000 establishments in 2024, mainly large franchise chains. In July 2023 K‑Holding previously invested when the startup was valued at 100 million rubles. Postilla is a foodtech startup, launched in July 2022 by Alexander Dolgov and Oleg Lupikov, that develops a service to manage restaurants. Its platform is connected to more than 100 cafes and restaurants and is used by over 9,000 people. The company has secured its first external investment from K-Holding at a valuation of 100 million rubles; the invested sum was not disclosed. Funds will be used to develop new features, notably an AI generator for unique recipes. Founders say they previously invested several tens of millions of rubles to find product-market fit. Postilla plans to enter the Thailand and Indonesia markets by the end of 2023 and expects 3x–5x growth within a year after international expansion and upcoming autumn announcements.
