Postwire is a private sharing workspace built to be the Flipboard for client communication, enabling client collaboration and asset management in a visually driven way. It arranges shared videos, images and documents on a grid layout similar to Pinterest and displays embeddable content inline so media appears as media rather than traditional files. Users within a shared group can both upload and view media, with a sidebar that shows usage stats and email notifications to indicate new uploads. The interface and a dead-simple workflow are designed to make browsing and selecting media easier for nontechnical users. VisibleGains launched Postwire's private beta in April and reports several hundred active users; an iPhone app is planned in a few months. Pricing is freemium with a free tier and a $20 plan that provides 10 pages, and VisibleGains has raised capital to support development.
