Powerus
West Palm Beach, Florida, United States, North America
Overview
Founded last year and based in Florida, Powerus is structured as a roll-up of Ukrainian and Ukrainian-inspired drone firms and currently houses at least three subsidiaries: Kaizen Aerospace (heavy-lift aerial drones with payloads reported from 100–1,000 lbs and a prototype up to 2,000 lbs), Tandem Defense (FPV quadcopters), and Agile Autonomy (maritime autonomy and converting boats into USVs). The company has developed a family of interceptors called Guardian 1 and 2 and recently inked a deal with the U.S. Air Force to supply those systems at scale. Powerus has publicized investor interest from Eric and Donald Trump Jr. and announced plans to go public via a merger with Aureus Greenway. Operationally it has an existing commercial relationship with Unusual Machines, including a prior >$5M order for motors, and expects to be a significant customer for US-made components. The company positions itself to scale rapidly to meet Pentagon demand and leverage its subsidiaries' capabilities across aerial and maritime platforms.
