Founded in 2020 by Loïc Kapitho and Thomas Leluc, POZI offers a cloud-based telematics platform that does more than GPS tracking, layering predictive analytics, KPI reporting, and risk-management features onto fleet data. The solution has already been installed in over 2,500 vehicles, giving operators real-time insights aimed at improving safety and cost efficiency. With its new capital, the company plans to enter Côte d’Ivoire in 2025 and, by 2030, connect 35,000 vehicles across 10 African countries. Management positions the product as a catalyst for logistics digitisation in Central and West Africa, where fleet data visibility remains limited. The fresh seed financing provides the company’s first external VC backing, marking a milestone for Gabon’s emerging tech ecosystem. While no revenue figures were disclosed, the scale-up targets aggressive geographic expansion and rapid customer acquisition over the next five years.
