Haldiram Bhujiawala is a Kolkata-based snack company with a portfolio of more than 100 SKUs spanning sweets and savory snacks. The business operates 19 retail outlets and 60 franchise stores across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and the Northeast, and uses around 2,000 distributors to reach over 200,000 retailers. In 2019 the company expanded into the coffee market by acquiring India franchise rights for The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. In November 2024 it secured INR 235 crore from Bharat Value Fund to enhance manufacturing capabilities and support national expansion beyond Eastern and North‑Eastern India. Management under MD Manish Agarwal plans to use the capital to scale distribution, improve supply‑chain efficiencies and enter new markets. The brand also employs high‑profile ambassadors such as Shahrukh Khan and Rashmika Mandanna as part of a modern marketing push to reach younger consumers.
