Practice is building a single software platform to help coaches run all aspects of their coaching and consulting businesses. The product is currently in beta with users helping to hone workflows, and the team is focused on adding more coach-specific functionality. Practice plans to start with coaches and then expand to other similar solopreneur groups. The company is pursuing HIPAA compliance to enable medical practitioners such as therapists to use the platform. Practice is remote-first with many Montrealers on the team and aims to scale product and operations using fresh capital. Founder Julien Smith has been working on Practice since November 2019; he previously co-founded Breather.
