Predictive Biosciences is a Lexington, MA–based developer of molecular diagnostic cancer assays and a provider of anatomic pathology laboratory products and services. The company is building a portfolio of assays for cancer management, initially targeting bladder and prostate cancer. Its CertNDx bladder cancer assay is a non-invasive test that allows physicians to determine the presence or absence of cancer with very high certainty. Predictive operates CLIA-certified laboratories and recently acquired OncoDiagnostic Laboratory. The company plans to use new capital to complete multi-center clinical trials for CertNDx and to support its commercial launch through its CLIA labs. Funds will also be used to expand the OncoDiagnostic Laboratory and accelerate commercialization.
