Premier African Minerals operates the flagship Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project in Insiza District, Matabeleland South, Zimbabwe. The company recently announced a breakthrough at Zulu and is advancing project development work. Management plans to use new funding to refine and optimise the Primary Flotation Plant and to review a potential alternative spodumene float plant. Proceeds will also cover selected operating expenses, debt settlements, and general working capital requirements. The company arranged a subscription of new ordinary shares within its existing share authorities to raise fresh capital. Premier’s CEO George Roach described the raise as a strong vote of confidence and noted the issue price represented a significant premium to the prior funding round.
