Preventify operates a hybrid, clinic-centred healthcare model that blends in-clinic consultations with digital monitoring and structured follow-ups. Its protocol-driven care targets chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and respiratory diseases for patients in underserved regions. The company currently runs three clinics in Kerala and has treated more than 40,000 patients. Preventify employs a cluster-based expansion strategy to standardise care delivery while controlling costs. Near-term plans call for building an initial cluster of ten clinics, integrating diagnostics and pharmacy services, and launching subscription-based managed care programmes. The startup will also enhance its technology stack and hire additional clinicians, nurses, care coordinators and central medical staff over the next 12–18 months. Founded by Nirmal NR and Dr. Rakesh, Preventify is positioning itself as an accessible preventive-care platform. The company recently secured Rs 2 crore in pre-seed funding to support these initiatives.
