Prismforce offers a suite of products to help IT and tech services firms manage talent as a supply-chain problem, including SkillPrism (AI-driven skill inventory and talent profiling), IntelliPrism (end-to-end resource management with AI search and match), OutlookPrism (workforce planning and forecasting) and InsightPrism (CXO dashboards). The company was founded in April 2021 by Somnath Chatterjee and Mohd Qasim, both ex-McKinsey partners, and is Delaware-registered with a wholly owned India subsidiary and offices in San Francisco, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Prismforce targets technology and professional services firms, focusing first on IT and tech services with plans to expand into enterprise IT and, later, accounting/tax/consulting firms. The startup is on track to reach 10 clients by year-end, with client revenue sizes ranging from ~$400M to more than $10B and a roughly even split between India and U.S.-domiciled customers today. The team is currently more than 60 people and the company plans to grow headcount to 120–140 over the next 9–12 months. Financially, Prismforce has raised capital to date to support go-to-market expansion and product development.
