Led by Founder and Chairman Troy Helming, the company pursues project development, financing and construction across multiple markets. Since 1995 it has developed projects in 22 U.S. states and several countries. The company received a $250M equity capital commitment from strategic private equity and family office investors. That commitment will enable Pristine Sun to develop, finance and build up to 5 gigawatts of solar projects, depending on the capital stack structure.
