profitize integrates financial data from PMS, POS, accounting, HR, banking and energy providers into a single interface to provide real-time analytics, forecasts, automated reports and AI-driven recommendations. The platform is used for budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and labour productivity analysis across owner-managed hotels and multi-property groups. Since launch the company says about 150 hotels and food & beverage businesses in several European countries have adopted the platform. The startup cites a case where a 40-room leisure hotel reduced labour costs by 10% through more precise scheduling based on occupancy forecasts. profitize was founded in 2024 by Simon Falkensteiner and Michael Gorfer; Falkensteiner previously founded RateBoard. The company plans further product development (including anonymised benchmarking and productivity analytics) and geographic expansion into Italy, Austria and other European markets.
