Pronto is an India-based instant house-help platform founded in 2025 that connects households with on-demand domestic workers for cleaning and household chores through a managed network. The startup has expanded from one city to about 10 cities, including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, and from five to more than 150 micromarkets. Operational metrics reported include about 500,000 orders completed in the most recent month and current daily order volume of roughly 24,000–25,000, up from about 18,000 in March and roughly 1,000 last year. Pronto has over 4,500 active professionals on its platform, around 99% of whom are women, and bookings grew about 20% week over week, with the National Capital Region accounting for about half of total bookings. On the funding front, the company had raised about $40 million before this latest roughly $20 million round, which would bring its post-money valuation to about $200 million.
