The platform focuses on transition climate-change risks, physical climate-change risks and impacts on wellbeing to give a holistic view of property- and location-level risk. Its outputs power multiple products and services including an API, a portfolio assessment service, browser-based risk assessment tools and property reports. Customers include property professionals, lenders and insurers who use the tools to manage social and environmental trend impacts. Led by Founder and CEO Chris Hardman, the company intends to use newly raised funds to expand its team and accelerate product development.
