Founded in 2025, Propfy builds a unified CRM that centralises property, contact and task management for real-estate agencies. The product bundles a SmartApp for field work, a scraping engine that aggregates listings, and an automated matching system that pairs properties with buyers. Additional features include repetitive-task automation, cloud infrastructure and API-first connectivity for third-party tools. Ahead of the planned April 2026 go-live of its initial version, the company has already secured roughly 70 licence agreements with agencies in French-speaking Switzerland. Propfy sees an opportunity to replace the region’s ageing, fragmented software stack with a modern alternative that “puts technology at the service of the broker.” After closing its first CHF 500 000 financing to launch version 1, the team is preparing a CHF 1 million raise to build version 2, expand the technical staff and fortify its cloud back-end. Planned upgrades include broader API integrations, more advanced automations and a redesigned interface, all aimed at scaling to agencies of every size across Switzerland.
